Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
NextWave Renos ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, project city, project type, timeline and any project details you choose to share.
- Campaign information: the advertising campaign or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags and a Facebook click ID), so we know which ads are useful.
- Technical information: basic data such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider and, if enabled, by the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your renovation request and provide an estimate.
- To manage our customer enquiries and schedule consultations.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We will not add you to marketing newsletters without your separate permission.
Service providers we use
To run our business we use trusted service providers that store or process information on our behalf, which may be located outside Canada (including the United States):
- Netlify (website hosting)
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail, where enquiries are recorded and sent to our team)
- ClickUp (customer and project management)
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel). The Pixel records that a request was submitted; we do not send your name, phone number or email address to Meta.
Cookies and advertising
This site may use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to measure ad performance. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences and block cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you, carry out any project, and meet legal and accounting requirements, then securely delete it.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw your consent to be contacted, or ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, at any time by contacting us below. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
